My husband and I had such an amazing experience with Exit Realty, especially with Frederic Sandy. Searching for our first house during Covid times was daunting at first, but Fred made us feel comfortable all throughout! From the start of our search to our closing, his professionalism, expertise, knowledge, and responsiveness made the entire process feel so quick and easy for us.
I am so glad I came across Frederic when renting my apartment. He found the right tenant in a short period of time. Additionally, he is a contractor and used his knowledge to advise in some improvement in the rental unit. Even after the unit was rented, he followed up with calls to make sure everything was ok with the new tenant. I am very thankful and would highly recommend him.

I have no words of how to describe Fred Sandy, he is so caring, responsible, and an honest person. He listed my home to sell and he sold it quickly and above my asking price. He helped my son to buy a co-op apartment, he is such a nice person that at the end my family consider him as a family member or a very close friend.
